SHIPPING POLICY

Liz Rettiz ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Packages to Canada are shipped via DHL Parcel International, FedEx International Ground or FedEx International Economy. All other international packages are shipped via DHL International Standard.

 

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Select products are available to ship to France, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia. Please refer to the product page for any products you would like to purchase for additional details on shipping availability.

 

SHIPPING TIME

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. ORDER TRACKING

Liz Rettiz is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
